The Center for Democracy in Action is creating a Benefit Analysis of the Teen Court for Opportunities, Inc. in Jefferson, Wisconsin. The analysis will focus on the history of teen court, the social and economic costs and effectiveness of this youth court and recommendations for the future of this restorative justice program.
